Acceptance
Clients instructing your-website2.co.uk to carry out design,
agree to be bound by the following conditions -
Charges
Charges for design services provided by your-website2.co.uk will be
negotiated once the client has stated the requirements of the site.
Payment in full is required for all invoices amounting to less than
£300.00. For invoices in excess of £300.00, a £50 deposit
will be required before preview work is supplied to the client. Upon
acceptance of the preview work and agreed changes to the design and
additional charges, if necessary, between the client and
your-website2.co.uk, the balance of the invoice is due in full
before release of the completed material to the client. Your-website2.co.uk reserve the right to charge an additional
administration fee in relation to third party services.
Payment Terms
your-website2.co.uk will provide either hard copy or e-mail invoices
to the client. Payment within fourteen days is due upon receipt of
the invoice for the initial non-refundable deposit. If
the balance is unpaid after thirty days, all design material becomes
the property of your-website2.co.uk, with exception to client
copyrighted material, and the account will be considered to be in
default. Clients with accounts in default agree to pay
your-website2.co.uk all reasonable expenses incurred to collect
outstanding charges. Payment within thirty days is due upon receipt
for all other invoices. If the balance is unpaid after thirty days,
your-website2.co.uk reserve the right to cancel all services.
Reasonable changes
your-website2.co.uk will make reasonable site changes as stated in
the initial consultation. All requested changes must be sent either
by email or in hard copy. Site changes must be sent ten working days
before they are required. Ten working days must be allowed for
changes to be made.
Rate Changes
Quotes to the client by your-website2.co.uk are valid for thirty
days after the date the quote is issued. Charges are subject to
change at the discretion of your-website2.co.uk. Agreed quotation
figures secure rates until the design project is completed.
Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless your-website2.co.uk
in all claims in respect to copyright infringement due to negligence
of the client, and in the case of a claim of harm or damage by the
client or a third party by services provided by your-website2.co.uk.
Termination
Termination of services by the client must be in the form of a
written request. E-mail or telephone requests do not constitute
termination of the contracted services. Site Design and Hosting
Packages a for a fixed two year contract.
Copyright
Client must ensure that they retain the copyright to all data,
graphics, and files provided to your-website2.co.uk and grants
your-website2.co.uk the rights to publish and use provided
materials. Custom files, graphics and logos designed by
your-website2.co.uk for use in the clients site will remain the
property of your-website2.co.uk. The client is solely responsible
for obtaining rights and permission for the use of any third party
copyrighted material.
Disclaimer
your-website2.co.uk makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or
implied for services we provide. your-website2.co.uk disclaims any
warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This includes loss of data and any service interruptions caused by
your-website2.co.uk or otherwise. |
